Scope
This page summarizes how InstaRenewal processes account, workspace, client, asset, contact, email delivery, and billing-related data for renewal operations.
Processor role
For client asset records entered by a workspace, the workspace owner is responsible for deciding what data is entered and whether they have the right to process it. InstaRenewal processes that data to provide the service.
Subprocessors
Infrastructure, PostgreSQL, Redis, Resend, Polar, and optional AI providers may process data needed for service delivery, billing, email, security, and support.
Retention and deletion
Operational records are retained while the workspace is active and as needed for security, billing, legal, tax, backup, and support purposes. Deletion and export controls are handled through account and support workflows.
