Terms of service

By creating an account or using InstaRenewal, you agree to these terms and to use the service only for lawful renewal operations.

InstaRenewal provides dashboards, reminders, reports, billing visibility, and workflow history for client domains, SSL certificates, hosting, software licenses, contracts, and related renewal assets.

You are responsible for your account security, workspace members, client data you enter, renewal dates you track, and the accuracy of ownership, access, billing, and payment status details in your workspace.

Do not store registrar passwords, hosting passwords, API secrets, private keys, payment card details, or client passwords in InstaRenewal.

InstaRenewal provides reminders, reports, and operational visibility. It does not guarantee that a domain, SSL certificate, license, hosting account, or contract will be renewed. Users remain responsible for verifying renewal requirements with their providers and clients.

Subscription billing is handled through Polar. Free and paid plans are subject to plan limits shown in the product and on the pricing page. You may cancel a paid plan through the customer portal. Refund handling is described in the refund policy.

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but uptime and data accuracy depend on infrastructure, third-party providers, user-entered information, and network conditions. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated here.

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, unlawful use, attempts to bypass limits, security attacks, non-payment, or activity that harms the service or other users. Acceptable use rules are listed separately.

Governing law and venue are determined by the subscription terms, applicable order documents, or separate written agreement connected to the workspace. Questions can be sent through the contact page or to alerts@instarenewal.com.
