Refund and cancellation policy for InstaRenewal paid subscriptions.
Free plan
The Free plan does not require a credit card and has no subscription charge.
Paid plans
Paid subscriptions are handled by Polar. Users can cancel paid plans through the customer portal. Access remains subject to the active subscription status and plan limits.
Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed based on billing status, payment timing, service use, and applicable payment-provider rules. Contact us with the Billing topic and include the workspace email and invoice context.
Operational data
Cancellation or refund review does not automatically delete workspace data. Data deletion requests should be made separately through account or support channels.
